Hot Summer weather and warm water temps had finally set in by Race 5 / 8 of the Urban Surf Summer SUP Series 2018. About 30 local paddleboarders enjoyed a 2.5mi course on Lake Union, including a never-before-used turn around a concrete piling tot he North of the "Pocket Turn." The longer distance spaced out the pack more than in the shorter length courses of Races 1 & 2. We hope to see you out on the Lake for Race 6 on July 18th.
